POSITION SUMMARY: This position is predominantly focused on recruitment through the creation of an innovative strategy that allows the organization to meet its aggressive recruitment! and retention goals for provider positions. The Provider Recruiter will be responsible for the sourcing, interviewing and hiring for all provider positions including, but not limited to MD, DO, LCSW, LPC, NP, Dentists, and Dental Hygienist positions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with the Finance & Operations departments to prepare and maintain a listing of open provider provider positions as directed by the budget and operating environment Prepare requisition forms for provider openings (new, unbudgeted, and backfill) and route for appropriate approvals Develop advertisements and post on applicable websites, publications, etc. Source candidates from the HR Applicant Tracking System and various on-line databanks; as directed, attend other recruiting functions Develop and maintain standardized interview tools by service line Pre-screen applicants Coordinate and schedule all interviews (phone and on-site) and develop complex interview itineraries with multiple people between mul! tiple sites Coordinate travel, hotel, and car rental for candi! dates as necessary Escort candidate between sites on interview days Process check requests for expenses incurred by candidate during their interview (i.e. rental car) Solicit and receive feedback on all candidates. Compile for hiring manager review and ensure a timely decision is made Provide decline letters and disposition all applicants in a timely manner Prepare Employee Notification Form (ENF) and offer letter for selected applicants and obtain all approvals for hire Present verbal offer to candidate and coordinate sending and receipt of required documents up-front Provide notification to appropriate personnel on acceptance/declination of offer Develop orientation calendars and disseminate to appropriate LSCC personnel as well as new hire prior to hire date Participate in the preparation and delivery of New Hire Orientation (NEO) Develop metrics to track and evaluate the hiring and on-boarding process and make recommendations/adjustments as necessary Develop and provide! weekly reports to internal staff of pending provider hires, terminations, offers and complete provider directory Develop and maintain turnover data for providers as requested Keep provider pipeline and associated electronic files organized and up to date Coordinate needed paperwork for current and new providers as it relates to loan re-payment programs Follow-up with new provider hires frequently during their first 90 days to improve engagement and retention. Provide feedback to management and report any concerns immediately. Be a primary point of contact for current and new providers needing LSCC guidance; direct them to the appropriate personnel/department as applicable Maintain current knowledge of LSCC policies, practices and benefits Maintain current knowledge of the various loan re-payment opportunities for providers Maintain working relationships with hiring managers to ascertain need and candidate fit Maintain open communication with Human Resources and Credentiali! ng on candidate status Attend job fairs & conferences as applicable to ! maintain current knowledge in the field Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of principles and procedures relating to Human Resources and recruitment Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with all employee levels, predominately upper management Effective verbal and written communication skills, which may include public speaking Ability to multi-task and produce results under pressure Ability to plan, set objectives, and prioritize workload appropriately and independently Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to travel to LSCC clinics to escort candidates for face to face interviews as well as travel to locations in and outside of Texas as necessary Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive employee situations and defer to others as needed EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSE: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field ! required Two years professional recruiting experience required; preferably in a healthcare setting Two years Human Resources generalist experience preferred
