To do this, you will work closely with Vincitizens across different teams and provide data-informed recommendations to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and forecasting.

Main responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and risk management.
- Key member of Vincit Leadership Team and working closely with the Vincit Board of Directors as the secretary
- Providing strategic financial input and leadership on pivotal decisions that propel the organization forward
- Streamlining our financial reporting and forecasting processes and getting the most out of our tools and development potential
- Building and leading a top-performing finance team and partner network in a supportive and engaging environment
- Collaborating with all Vincitizens for creating a data-driven decision-making and forecasting culture
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards, including those related to financial reporting for a publicly listed company
- Building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, and other key public and private stakeholders
What we are looking for:

- Solid experience in a comparable industry and role
- A natural leader with a track record of managing high-performing teams
- Hands-on experience with IR, compliance, and governance matters
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Extra kudos if you have experience working in a growth company, organizational change and transformation, mergers & acquisitions, international teams management, strong stakeholder management skills, or fluency in Finnish and Swedish, which is particularly beneficial given our operations in these markets.
- You are based in Helsinki or Tampere, or would be willing to relocate
