Key Responsibilities of the Role:
· Conduct a thorough assessment of our lead to cash process, including sales, operations (quotes, renewals, etc.), and finance (sales compensation, partner acquisitions, etc.).
· Analyze our current application ecosystem and evaluate its effectiveness in supporting the lead to cash process.
· Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the process and application landscape.
· Recommend scalable solutions and industry-based best practices to optimize the lead to cash process.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the C-suite, to gather business requirements and understand the specific needs and pain points.
· Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gain insights into their challenges and expectations.
· Prepare and present assessment findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to the C-suite and other key decision-makers.
· Provide guidance and expertise on selecting appropriate tools and technologies to enhance the lead to cash process.
What it takes to catch our eye:
· (15+ years industry experience) Proven experience as a Management Consultant, preferably with expertise in lead to cash process consolidation or similar areas.
· In-depth knowledge of sales, operations, and finance functions within an organization.
· Familiarity with SAAS-based systems and their integration requirements.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
· Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with C-suite executives.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Experience in conducting interviews, workshops, and gathering business requirements.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends lead to cash processes and technology

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
