Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Pilot Supply Qualification Module (SQM)and the Supplier performance (SPM) at the level of the plant (Outside Group and Inside Group suppliers)
• Conduct Process /Technical Audits at Supplier
• Pilot the containement, corrective and preventives actions to solve the technical part quality issues of the plant using the 8D methodology.
• Check the effectiveness of the supplier actions
• Escalate to Supplier Quality & Development team (SQMEs,SSCMEs) when needed
• Pilot the qualification of the part through the Part Product Evaluation Plan (PPEP) within the Product Evolution Process (ACCESS, ROHS, etc.) and participate actively to the PPEP
• Ensure effectiveness of PPEP for Supplies delivered to the plant
• Monitor supplier quality Performance at the Plan level and work on improvement
• Participate to the Supplier Approval Module (SAM) audits
• Follow the SAM supplier status to ensure the improvement of the plant supplier panel
• Make sure guidelines for business allocation is respected
• Manage the suppliers’ critical quality issues escalated by the factories.
• Initiate and develop action plans to drive supplier quality performance improvement.
• CTQ/CTP monitoring and exploring ways to digitize this information for proactive actions
• Train/ coach suppliers on 8D, SSQM.

Qualifications

Qualifications :-

• Minimum Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Expertise in PCBA process and EE parts knowledge.

• Fluent with Quality Tools

• IIPC & IATF certificate will be advantage

Experience & Comptency/Skills :-
- Work Experience ~ minimum 3 years with a proof of leadership path

• Good knowledge of the manufacturing processes of PCBA process and EE Parts and other commodities will be an advantages

• Professional in supply quality assurance
• Digital Acumen
• Preferably possesses 6-Sigma Greenbelt or above.
• Results driven with ability to multi-task and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to drive outcomes with suppliers.
• Customer service and quality oriented.
• Good written and spoken English
• Willing to be based in Batam
