Goals&PlanManagement
. Based on The territorial strategy of the regional ecological group, formulate the development goals of the ecological circle, and be responsible for the implementation plan and follow-up effectiveness of the goals
. Analyze regional business, discover opportunities and risks, and lead the team to jointly formulate and implement corresponding Program
Account ManagementCooperation with District
.Cooperate with ecosystem partners to improve the quality of medical care in the local ecosystem and improve patient benefits
.Cooperate with the access team to ensure the accessibility of therapeutic drugs in the region
.Participate in the formulation of regional ecological group personnel and business managementplan, and lead the team to implement the corresponding plan
. Attract, recruit, coach and develop team members with various roles and functions in the ecosystem to achieve the compound development of talents in the ecosystem
Financial and compliance management
. Allocate and manage company resources and budgets to achieve ecosystem goals
. Ensure that business operations comply with company and national compliance requirements, through necessary Compliance training, leading by example and supervision to create a compliant work environment
Self-management.
. Actively learn leadership skills, set an example to implement company rules and regulations, and carry out effective team management
. Practice company values, demonstrate professionalism and leadership
Qualification and Experience ability and experience

. Possess the right mindset and leadership traits
. Business and resource planning capabilities. High communication skills
. Efficient resource integration ability
Work experience
. More than 7 years of sales, marketing, medical or access work experience
. Cross-regional/cross-department/cross-disease work experience is preferred
