Performs psychiatric evaluations and! regular follow-up assessments. Prescribes psychotropic medications as clinically indicated. Works as treatment team leader coordinating patientsâ care. Covers other physiciansâ patients as needed. Completes assessments and documentation as prescribed by law to obtain court ordered treatment. Emergency psychiatric assessment for any patient as required. Testifies for court-ordered treatment hearings. Covers house call (by phone); at most one time per week.

Works as a member of committees involved with patient care and treatment planning. Emergency psychiatric assessment for any patient as required. Covers house call (by phone) at most, one time per week.

Conduct an adequate psychiatric assessment. Integrate clinical information from different ! disciplines to adjust patient care. Perform Brief Psychiatric Rating Scales. Perform AIMS exams. Abilities: Establish rapport with patient. Act as leader of treatment team. Use computer to verify orders and finalize assessments. Updates on standard of care treatment for all adult psychiatric disorders.
ICF-DD:
