Job Summary:
The RN House Coordinator plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates delivery of care for the Nursing Department within t! he Department of Psychiatry. Is a clinical resource, liaison, ! and works collaboratively with nursing and ancillary disciplines to provide the highest quality of care.
Qualifications:
Current licensure as an RN. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing .
Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
Basic knowledge of main functional areas within the Hospital.
Previous charge nurse experience in clinical nursing within hospital environment preferred.
Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, strong communication skills and leadership abilities
