I am seeking the right fit for a very special position. My 15 year old is a medium risk teen with past behavioral issues - running away, impulsive behavior, defiance, etc. She is under the care of a psychiatrist and therapist, and is back on medication and thriving! She doesn't need constant attention and has been doing amazing now for the past 6 weeks. She does school online and pretty self sufficient. I have a very detailed schedule and seeking someone who can follow specific instructions, respectful, patient, and nurturing.
I am a single mother who travels often for work. Looking for someone who can stay with her and ensure she sticks to her daily routine, assist with appointments (travel), and tbd.
This may be a long shot, but willing to discuss options. Pay would be $12/hour up to 12.5 hours and $150 for a full 24 hour period for overnights. The hours would vary, maybe 6-10 hours a few times a week, to 3 or 4 overnights. I realize a 24 hour period doesn't equate to the best hourly rate, but she is pretty low maintenance and you'll be sleeping/have downtime at least 8-10 hours for overnights.
