• Dealing with all necessary shipping documents such as Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Landing, LC and etc for both local dealing or overseas trading. • Liaise with freight forwarders/suppliers/internal Sales and Warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of shipments. • Plan and monitoring of outbound shipment to ensure all the daily shipment are delivered on time. • Prepare DO, make transport arrangement and update customer on vessel details. • Prepare shipping instruction to shipping line, and process invoice to account for payment. • To update the necessary spreadsheet and follow up payment matters. • To arrange pick up goods, request container stuffing, filling documents. • Negotiate rates with suppliers such as carriers, warehouse operators and insurance companies. • Update weekly shipment schedule • Ensure all paperwork is well prepared and kept in good order. • To perform any ad-hoc task given by superior Job Requirement • Junior / Senior positions are available • Primary language: Mandarin (Liaise with China) • Secondary Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent. • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office • Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. • Work alternately in Penang and Kulim • Must be positive attitude and willing to learn and explore other tasks.
