Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor the Zerto project, ensuring it is delivered within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments.

Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports.- Identify project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate and resolve them.
- Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors or contractors.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of Zerto software.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks.
- Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically managing Zerto projects or similar disaster recovery and data protection projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Zerto software and its implementation process.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.
- PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
