Acute/ Rehab hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Speech Therapist to join th! e team in their Inpatient Rehab Unit . Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
" Interested candidates must have 1 year of experience

" Nationally recognized rehab company
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech Therapist and/or registered as a Speech Therapist per state requirements.
Speech/language pathologists work with patients who are suffering from, or are prone to, disorders related to speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency. In order to address patients’ needs, the speech/language pathologist develops individualized plans that take into account the patient’s needs, progress, and eventual discharge plans. They may also work in a number of specialties, including:
Acute
Home health
Long-term care
Outpatie! nt
Pediatric
Psychiatry
Rehabilitat! ion
School
Required Qualifications
1 yr Acute /rehab experience.
Preferred Qualifications
BLS card required.
