Our Adult Psychiatry wing has tripled in size over the past 10 years. We are expanding the child psychia! try division and the office space has already been purchased. There are no child psychiatrists in the area so it is fertile and ready for you to dominate. Current physician will teach you how to utilize ancillary staff to increase your billing by 4 times the usual amount. There is a two year employed/salary agreement and partnership offered after that. The psychiatrist/owner of the practice is the top psychiatrist in the area in terms of volume. You will learn the business of medicine and will be more successful than your peers by leaps and bounds. This position isn't for someone who wants to be solo practitioner. This is for someone who wants to learn how to run a business and be very successful.
The right candidate will be ok with moderate rounding and moderate call. You must also be ok with working hard for 2 years to set yourself up for success. (And by success, I mean financial gain.) It isn't often that a position of this nature comes available with a physician so! willing to help you be successful.
