POSITION SUMMARY:

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• We are seeking energetic and compassionate Psychiatrists specializing in Adults, Child & Adolescents, and Geriatrics to staff premier quality outpatient clinics in the Central Texas region. The position would require a 40-hour clinical schedule, with evening hours possible.
• As an employee of Lone Star Circle of Care, you receive a competitive salary with a full benefits package. In addition, our status as a federally qualified community health center provides federal opportunities for loan repayment.
• Qualified candidates must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited residency in psychiatry; possess current cert! ification or be actively participating in the examination proc! ess leading to certification in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry; and hold a current active licensure to practice as a physician in the State of Texas. A minimum of two years experience in an outpatient clinical setting and the ability to be clinically fluent in Spanish is preferred.
