Our client, a fiduciary located in Capellen, is looking for a Management Controller. This new position is an opportunity to start a new challenge in a family environment close to the Belgian border.
This company, which is managed by a Belgian board of directors, was founded more than 10 years ago. It is well known in the country. For a few years now, they have been considering developing the company's funds. Indeed, they mainly work on soparfi/holding. But now they are opening their field of action to private equity and real estate funds. This offer is therefore an opportunity to develop your skills and discover a new perspective on auditing.
Financial Controller - Your Role :
- You prepare the notes to the accounts for SA, SARL and PERE funds
- You control the work of the accountants, you see yourself as a future controller
- You also make the link with the audit
- You coordinate the clients with the auditors, you are in a way the conductor of the audits for the funds
- You act as a real team player !
Financial Controller - Your Profile:
- You come from a Big Four, Five or Six
- You have already completed 3 audit seasons as a alternative fund auditor (PERE)
- You are motivated to develop as an assistant manager or manager
- You are fluent in French and English; French to discuss with your colleagues and English with your clients
- You have a bachelor or master degree in audit, economics or management
Financial Controller - What We Offer :
- A salary of up to €65,000 gross per annum plus a high discretionary bonus and 26 days off
- Your salary will be reviewed annually and you can easily see your position evolve
- You will enjoy a healthy and motivating working environment only a few kilometers from the Belgian border
- You will start your day at 8.30 a.m. and end it at around 6 p.m.
- The caring environment provided by the company's managers means that turnover is almost non-existent
