We're looking for experienced desktop support representative with the main goal of providing Level 2 technical support for clients and users.
Responsibilities:
- Help desk support
- Provide remote technical assistance including email security
- Provide support related to Microsoft 365.
Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years experience of desktop support, tech support and/or other job-related positions
- Familiar with Microsoft 365
- Must be able to speak and write English with good proficiency
- Able to communicate effectively
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 10pm-7am (PH Time)

Salary: Php35,000.00 per month
