Desktop Support (Level 2) [Philippines]

We're looking for experienced desktop support representative with the main goal of providing Level 2 technical support for clients and users.

Responsibilities:

  • Help desk support
  • Provide remote technical assistance including email security
  • Provide support related to Microsoft 365.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years experience of desktop support, tech support and/or other job-related positions
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365
  • Must be able to speak and write English with good proficiency
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Must have access to a high-speed internet connection

Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 10pm-7am (PH Time)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php35,000.00 per month
