Tech Support Specialist [United States]


 

We're looking to add a new team member to our growing e-commerce company. Learn about smart home technology, how to communicate tech in plain English, and what an agile small business model looks like.

You'll be helping our customers solve problems big and small, using our email and phone support platforms. Don't worry, we'll share everything we know during paid training.

  • You speak and write perfect English
  • You have a passion for technology and are familiar with the concept of a smart home
  • You type quickly, know how to navigate multiple tabs in a browser, and don't have a problem working in a new software interface
  • You are independent, know how to google, and manage information
  • You like talking to people and are attentive when helping others
  • You enjoy learning new words and solving problems
  • You have dependable Internet connection and work station (including your own computer)
  • You're able to work at least one weekend day and service the Pacific Time Zone up to 5PM PST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
